At VITALI, we make it easy for you to check the status of your order at any time. Simply use the tracking information provided after your order has been dispatched.
Where Can I Find My Tracking Number?
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

Your tracking number.

The courier's name.

A tracking link (where available).

Dispatch confirmation.
If you cannot find this email, please:

Check your Spam or Junk folder.

Confirm that you are searching the correct email account used for your purchase.

Allow up to 5 business days for order processing before tracking information becomes available.
Understanding Your Order Status
During the delivery process, your order may display one of the following statuses:
Order Confirmed
Your order has been received successfully and payment has been confirmed.
Processing
Your order is currently being prepared for dispatch.
Dispatched
Your parcel has been handed over to the courier and is on its way.
In Transit
Your parcel is moving through the courier's delivery network.
Out for Delivery
Your parcel is with the delivery driver and is expected to be delivered shortly.
Delivered
Your parcel has been successfully delivered to the address provided during checkout.
Tracking Information Not Updating?
Don't worry.
It is normal for courier tracking systems to take between 24 and 72 hours after dispatch before tracking information becomes fully available.
If no updates appear after this period, please contact our Customer Support Team.
My Order Is Taking Longer Than Expected
Although most orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including:

My Order Shows as Delivered, But I Haven't Received It
